Service desk installed on jira 7.6.17. but i was not reflected in the instance

i have installed service desk on jira 7.6.17v, but it is not showing any service desk projects on Create project screen.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps:

1. Do you see any errors in the versions & licenses page in Jira ?
2. Have you entered the license correctly on the same page
3. Is your username added to the group which has Jira Service Desk Application access? Check the application access page for this.
