Community,
I'm seeking some advice on how 1 instance of ServiceNow could integrate into many different Jira instances (URL). Is that possible? Has anyone done this before?
Any guidance is apreciated
Hi @Lee Street! I think Diana’s option is a good one if you’re looking for a low code alternative. However, if you’re searching for a code-centric approach that will not only let you integrate Service Now with Jira but also perform other integrations within your system landscape, Stitch It could help. You can learn more about the tool on the Atlassian marketplace here or create a free account directly through this link and try it out for yourself.
You would need an integration app in order to do this, but it is very possible.
Essentially, ServiceNow would work as a hub here having different connections to the different Jira instances, and you can configure each connection differently (as per requirements).
Thanks
Majid

@Lee Street hi! I believe it could be achieved in more than one way, but it depends on the particular use case. You can take a look at the Marketplace for solutions. One of them is ZigiOps. It's a fully no-code solution. It can connect SNow with your Jira instances, and transfer & sync various entities. You can check ZigiOps here, at the Atlassian Marketplace.
Feel free to explore it further, if you need to, by having a short meeting with our tech team.
Regards, Diana
