Hello,

We are trying to create Issue from Salesforce but an error has occurred "The session has expired. Please refresh the page.".

We are using JiraIssuesComponent in Visualforce page to connect Jira.

Package: Jira Server for Salesforce v3.4 (0335A0000011y1r)

ServiceRocket has this link: https://docs.servicerocket.com/x/DgAdAQ but link disable

How to fix this

Hi @Tuâ_n Dương

These apps have been acquired by Appfire some time ago.

Servicerocket is not managing this anymore.

And I even think this app is completely discontinued, reach out to appfire, to sse if this is now the app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214214/connector-for-salesforce-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview

You might need to upgrade to the DC app and install the latest version.

Or create a support request here: https://servicerocket-apps.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
