Session timeout

Users at my company are experiencing more frequent timeouts.

I understand how to change default session timeout if I'm running my own version.

But we're using onDemand.

This has been noticed since upgrade last weekend.

I think one of the approach to have a closer look at this matter would be to raise a support ticket including your preferred timeout for us to assist.
