Set Assignee and Component on an issue via listener

I would like to set the assignee, a custom field(userpickerCF) and a component on an issue via the issue updated event listener.

Logic:

If Issue is updated, check value of CF1.

If CF1 = 'Windows' — Set component value to "IT" and assignee to {exampleusername} and add {exampleusername2} to userpickerCF
