Set all dates in a project based on dependencies using Advanced Roadmaps

We are using Advanced Roadmaps, and am unable to figure out how to automatically assign start and stop dates for all tasks using dependencies, an durations.

Is there a way to create all tasks with durations, predecessors, and successors and then populate the start date for the first task and the rest of the dates would automatically populate?
