Hello all,
I would like to set an assignee via insight attribute when the issue is created.
The post function on create issue reads
"Assign issue with a user from the attribute Purchaser selected from the Insight custom field Provided Supplier".
There is an Insight custom field named "Provided supplier" and this refers to an Insight object where there is also the attribute "Purchaser". This is a user field.
However, when creating the issue, no user is assigned.
Where am I doing something wrong?
Hello all,
i found the problem:
You have to change the order of the postfunctions manually.
Jira wants to assigne a user to a issue thats not exist by the time.

Update:
If I create a test transition away from open and insert this rule, it works.
So I will add a fake "open" status and an automation rule that, when the ticket is created, automatically moves it there so that the user is assigned.
until someone has a better idea ;)
