Set default "My JIRA Home" for all users

Hi

We are setting up a client instance of JIRA, including JIRA Agile and Tempo Timesheets, and all new users created via the User Management interface are automatically having their Home view set to JIRA Agile.

I know that they can change this themselves, but we would like to set it automatically to the Dashboard view before we go live.

Does anybody know how to do this?

I see this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-38155 and wonder if it isn't somehow related?

Hi Cheryl, 

Yes, it can be related to this bug. Could you please raise a ticket on Atlassian SAC (support.atlassian.com) under Atlassian OnDemand so we can take a look over this. We will probably need to restart your instance in order to try to fix that. If you could also send us (on that ticket) the best day and time (with timezone) to do so, it would be very helpful.
