Set required custom field (Checkbox) when selecting option in dropdown field

1. Custom field name  (Dropdown) --> SQL Script Execution

Values :

Yes

No

2. Custom field name (Check box) - New type of Script

Values:

Insert

Alter

Update

Create 

I want script for below scenario.

If I select Yes in SQL Script Execution custom field, then this field [New type of Script] will show as mandatory with mentioned values.

We resolved that with  Dynamic Forms for Jira.  The whole configuration is really simple and you can set it under the specific project or globally for all projects that are using a specific scheme. Moreover, you also gain some additional abilities like show/hide fields, Set Default Value, Set Value based on condition, and read-only.
