×Hello,
I am a bit confused about editing project permissions.
We have two types of projects, service management for issue tracking and software projects for sprint boards and I'm trying to control access to them...
Basically I want support agents to access the service managewmnt projects but restirct them from seeing the software projects.
For our service management projects I can edit permissions just fine under free plan.
But for software projects I cannot edit permissions at all under free plan.
Is this a difference between jira products, or am I missing something when creating software projects?
Currently I cannot find a way to block support agents from access to the software projects. (The inverse of what I want is possible though since I can restrict access to the service management projects... :) )
Thanks!

Hi,
Welcome to the community
Unfortunately you can't edit project permission in Free Plan.
