Set up a project

Please can you help set up a project? The project should contain at least 2 user-defined automatisms and 2 user-defined SLAs

Hi @Oleg M_ 

I can see this is categorised as Jira Software - should it be Jira Service Management seeing as you mentioned SLAs? 

If so, if you create a project using the IT Service Management template, this will feature sample data, SLA's and automations.
