Set up a script that will detect duplicate tasks once a day and notify you in an email

Hi,

We need to set up a script that will detect duplicate tasks once a day and report this in an email.
We need to search for tasks in the project by two fields Description and Customer. For example, if 10-15 words match in the Description field and the value in the Customer field matches, then an email will be sent with the found tasks.
Is it possible to customize such a sil script? And how to do it?
Any ideas?
