In our company, different products have different SLA levels. In trying to set the SLA value for Response time, for example,
1. I create my stop and start metrics then go to my goal.
2. Then I create my JSQL which includes Product = X and Priority = Major, fill in my time, select my calendar and save.
3. Check my Reports: SLA

If I do the same query from the search bar, I get plenty of responses for the last 7 days.
If I take out the product and search only by Priority, I get an SLA. Unfortunately, I need to be able to do this for all products. I thought from another response I saw that this was possible.
