Have they presented intermittency or Fall of the user management? I attach evidence of the error

Hello, I tried several times updating the page to be able to access the user management configuration, the page constantly threw me these messages.

There was a problem trying to gain access for this user.

We have had problems trying to retrieve the role for this user.
