Hi, I'm trying to setup a Jira Cloud app for Microsoft Teams to receive notifications on tickets from specific filter. Not only tickets assigned to me, reported by me or watched by me, but a larger and more complex filter. I can't find any option to do that. Is it possible and if not - are there any plans to add this to the Jira Cloud application?

Hi @Vasily Belov , you should be able to use Automation to do this. Create a scheduled Automation that has a JQL that resolves to your desired results. Use the Send to Teams action. This requires you to create an incoming webhook.
