Share releases between projects

Hi there,
According to the Jira Cloud documentation it is possible to create shared releases

However, this functionality is not available/visible to me. I can only create releases within the same project. There is no screen coming up where I can select cross-project release.

Has this functionality been taken away again?

Hey Kai,

That functionality is available through JIRA Portfolio., if you don't have access to Portfolio you won't be able to create a cross-project release.

Oh, now I see that the linked documentation was in fact part of the Jira Portfolio documentation. Makes sense.
