Shared Configuration not showing as an option in Create Project

Hello-

When I select the button to Create a Project, and then indicate Change Template, the option to Create with Shared Configuration is not showing at the bottom of the potential templates.  

I have created projects using the Shared Configuration option in the past though!

Hi Lisa,

Was the Shared Configuration option isn't showing for a specific Template, or all of the template and could you take a screenshot just to better understand the context of the issue?
