My team and I want to share our board with our (external) customers so they can see the progress of their projects. However, we are worried that if we share our board with them they will be able to see the work we are doing for other customers as well.
Is there a way to share only specific epics in a board/project with a customer (and not have the non-relevant ones visible or accessible)?
Hi @Yuta Nagano
You can create a issue security schemes - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/
Hope it helps!
Yes! This is great. Thank you @Magdalena Zhisheva ! I also found this link to be very helpful as well: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-to-implement-issue-level-security-per-epic-to-restrict-users/qaq-p/2114877#:~:text=Yes%20%2D%20you%20create%20the%20security,role%20can%20see%20the%20Epics.
