Short task conditioning (less than 8 hours of work)

Hello,

In order to view and plan all the tasks in each project, I make conditioning between the tasks in the Big Picture - Gantt. The problem arises when there are tasks whose work duration is less than 8 hours (workday), Big Picture considers this kind of tasks to be work today - which is not true.

In addition, I have previously opened such a question on their site and they noted that they know about this problem but is not highly prioritized for them.

Do you know of other apps that can give the same answer - conditioning between tasks that have times and then show each task their start and end dates?
