Shortcut W to report time in tempo with time from to possible?

In Germany we need to report our time giving start and end time. When using tempo to add an entry I have the clock activated that would give me the option to enter start / end time (not sure if this is customization thought). However when I use the shortcut w from within a task, I only get the option to enter duration but not from to time. 

Is there a way to get from to time option for the shortcut w as well ?

Please check if you have selected the desired options in Manage apps > Tempo > Global configuration.
