How to open keyboard shortcuts dialog?

Information on below page is not working. Shortcut key s + b was working few days back which helps to move issues within a particular sprint.

This issue popped up recently indeed and was reported here in community as well. I reached out to Atlassian support about it and a bug report has been created for it. You can track it here: JSWCLOUD-25486.
