We use the jiea instance with 1000 user license.
JIRA Login processes using LDAP. Active user count is about 4000.
Beacase of heavy request traffic , We need to splite Jira one instance to 2 instance .
We should make the federated jira 2 instance with LDAP.
Should we buy one more license ?

But you'll need a new license for your new server.
