Should we create multiple sprint for developer & QA team?

Should we create multiple sprint for development team and QA team? or the same sprint issues will be assigned to the QA after completing from development team?

Hi @ihsanullahkhan ,

The delivery team includes dev, QA, etc. This is a cross-functional team that strives to do incremental deliveries together in a sprint, they deliver a usable product.

A sprint should include all the above activities, development , QA simultaneously working in a sprint and working towards the same sprint goal.
