Show Story in active sprint

I  have a Board where the filter query is :

Team in (xx) AND Project in (xx, xx, xx)

On the backlog I see all the items (New feature, bug, Story, Task, ...).

The problem is when I put Story to active sprint, I don't see them. I only see Task and Bug.

Any idea why ?

That's weird. 

When you drag and drop it should show you a popup that the sprint scope will be affected.

Does this shows up ? Does this happen with another issue type ?
