Show all fields by default on Create screen for a project

A lot of users are not happy that they have to click Configure Fields to show certain fields on their Create screen for a project. Is it possible to have all these fields show up by default for a particular project?

You should create different issue screens and issue screen schemes for the different projects. For more info see the documentation
