Show conditional transition view in Jira Agile

How can I setup Jira Agile to conditionally show a screen when changing states?

I have setup transitional view to log work when going to the "Resolved" or "Closed" states.

I'd like the same for "In progress", but only if coming from "Resolved". Likewise, I'd like a screen for "Reopened", but only when coming from "In progress".

Actually, what I really want is a transitional view when /leaving/ the "In progress" state, because that is when the users should log the work.

I would suggest that you set up two transitions. Create them with similar names but different conditions, validator and screens.
