Can I show Epic Link filed or Register Time field when i‘m creating an issue? I have configurated them in the create issue screen and they don’t appear when i work with my phone.

Epink link don't apear when type issue isn't an epic type issue.

I need enter this fields (epic link and this image) when We create issues.

Just to clarify, do you mean the following Epic Link field and what is the type is type for the Register Time custom field?
