Show in detail view save layout

Anyone knows why can only save with administrative privileges the layout in the "show in detail view" menu.

When you say the "Show in detail view" menu, can you let me know what you're referring to?

I attached the screenshot.

The picture shows that the save button is inactive, but with admin privileges it works fine.

We don't understand why requires admin privileges for the save.
