Hi since we don't use versions because we release roughly every day (several times) we can't really use default changelog functionality. Is there a way to see issues order(grouped) by their resolved/closed date?

You can configure the default issue view to display the field Resolved/Closed date. Then you can use the list view mode (instead of the detail view mode) and order it by this field.
