Show only specific entries of a listbox in a specific Project

I have a listbox called related projects, where I provide the project IDs. Now we are in the process of creating several JIRA projects for our different products and customers.

Therefore I would like to limit the scope the listbox to those projects, which are relevant for the product / customer only.

Example:

JIRA Project: CUSTOMER-1

List box "related projects" should contain:

12345 - The first project for this customer

77777 - another project for this customer

JIRA Project: PRODUCT-1

List box "related projects" should contain:

44444 - A maintenance project for this product

99999 - A development project for this product

The field where I define this listbox entries is called related projects and therefore has all four entries in my example.

My question is, if it is possible to limit that scope as described.

No, but you could make two similar fields and retrict their context to the desired projects.
