Show or hide custom field based on custom field select list value

Hi All, 

Suppose there are 2 custom fields one with select list and one with text field.

Select List field name is "Forum":

having these values below :

A 

B

C

D

Based on value selected should be displayed a custom text field with name "A", "B", "C" or "D". 

For example ,Suppose if i select in select list field Forum value as "A" i need show only custom text field A and

hide B, C and D.

It would be possible to do this ? Please could you help me ?
