Hi
Can status bar in top of the issues in servicedesk be displayed? like checkout in online stores(from select to pay cost and delivery ) to let the customer know what the status is. thanks. is there a solution? please help me.
Thanks a lot
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out! I believe the issue status should be displayed by default in the customer portal, however, I think you are talking about the displaying of workflow transitions in the customer portal. right?
You can set this option by performing the steps below:
- Navigate to your project > Project Settings > Workflows
- Click to edit the relevant workflow
- In diagram mode, click on the transition you want to display in the Customer portal > Click Show transition in the customer portal
- Save your workflow draft
Additionally, you can rename how your statuses are displayed to your customers under project settings > Request Types > Edit Fields > Workflow Statuses.
Let me know if this information helps!
Hi thanks @Petter Gonçalves
I did not mean that, I want statuses of workflow displayed in servicedesk as a chart.
thanks

Hello @Marzi Goodarzian
If the option above is not what you are looking for, I believe I have misunderstood your question. Could you please give us more details of what you are looking for? What kind of "status bar" you want to display in the top of issues?
If you could provide us any screenshots or examples to better explain your need, it would help us to give you a good option to achieve your need.
