Hi,
I'd like to view the workflow scheme for my issues on my brand new JIRA Cloud instance, just like I was used to view on my previous on premise version.
I've already configured permissions for "View read-only workflow" in my permission schemes, but nothing changes.
Hi Omar,
Sorry for any confusion, but that is what I was referring to. The preview option from the View Workflow button works on the same architecture as the workflow editor, and as there is no classic workflow that can be opened in a viewable window for edits there is also no option to view read-only version of the workflow either at this time.
Regards,
Earl
Hi Earl,
thanks for the clarification.
I hope to see this on your public roadmap soon!

Omar

Hi Omar,
Workflow customization isn't available yet for the Next-Gen projects, and therefore the workflows cannot be viewed as they could in the classic projects.
This is however on the longer term roadmap. You can keep an eye on our Public Roadmap for what is coming soon when this starts development. Also check out the note about workflows on this Community post by one of our product managers discussing the new features including the workflow changes.

Earl

Hi Earl,
I'm not asking about "workflow customization", but only about the possibility to view the workflow associated to an issue, in read-only mode. See screenshots for an example of this feature on classic projects.
My team and I would really appreciate to have this on a forthcoming release.
Best,
Omar
