Showing 20 of 385 matching groups from active directory

Hello,

I tried to synchronize our active directory groups into jira. It worked not clearly. Before I did it in our test environment JIRA and it worked nicely. So I copied the user directories configuration, but I get not the same to see. Instead of all 385 groups I can select only 20 of them. Additionaly the combobox shows "showing 20 of 385 matching groups". Is it maybe a regular JIRA configuration trouble? Does someone know how I bring JIRA to show all groups?

I tried to test and no errors are thrown, but still not all groups are shown. There are no changes in AD noticed, I actually checked it with our AD admin, the second thing is... The test jira, with the correct settings is still working, and it seems to be fine.Do you know what it exactly means "showing 20 of 385 matching groups"? Are the groups just not shown, or are they not available?

When did you start seeing the problem. Did you check with the AD team if any configuration changes go changed.  Can you test the AD configuration by clicking the test from the configuration and see if any error is displayed
