Showing Maintenance expires on our Commercial License JIRA Server

Hi Guys, 

We have unlimited users  JIRA License, today it's showing Maintenance expires , does it stops JIRA, doesn't allows users create new issues ? 

For other  apps like ScriptRunner, JSU, Structure same Red Warning "Maintenance expires" . Does Script Runner stops working, if we didn't Renew our Maintenance license. Please suggest.

Hi, Vikrant. For perpetual server licenses, your software will continue to work. However, you will no longer be entitled to software updates (bug fixes, security updates, new features) or technical support. 

As long as everything stays "as is" you should be okay. But, once you decide to upgrade an app, or Jira, things could become incompatible.

In general, it's a good idea to pay the annual maintenance fee -- generally 50% of the original license price -- so that you are entitled to software updates and/or technical support.
