Showing total estimates versus available time in a sprint?

Is there a way to display a line, or other indicator, on a Backlog board to show the capacity of a sprint in relation to the issues in it?

In other words, can you have something that shows how far under or over the total of Original Estimates for tickets in the sprint is versus the sprint's available time?

There was something like this back in the days of Green Hopper. Has it come back?

Ultimately, what we want to do is shovel tickets into a sprint, order them by priority and then drop the tickets at the bottom if they're "below the line" of the time we have available.
