Side bar behaviour (open/close)

Hi all,

from a few days when I go with cursor over the side bar does not open. I need to click on it: this is very boring.

Why this? Can the sidebar come back to the previous behavioir?

Hi Robert,

As far as I know JIRA always had the option to keep the side bar opened or closed using this button but not the hover effect.
