Sidebar - JIRA Cloud

I am just curious about Sidebar in JIRA Cloud. When I was using the JIRA SW on premises, we had a sidebar above. In the top of the main window. Now, I see the sidebar in the left side. I am little bit confused and wondered if it can be changed from left side to upper side. Thank you.

No, the interface on Cloud was changed years ago, and there's no way to go back to the server-like UI (without moving to Server/DC)
