Hello,

is there a way to set up the menu of the sidebar with child pages?

I mean to fix fest some child page as e.g in the screenshot attached:

There was no screenshot attached.  You might try adding it again.  If you are talking about having certain subpages expanded all the time or elevating them to a specific area in the menu that is not possible.  

You can however use space shortcuts.  They can be any URL so you could link them to specific Confluence pages - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/the-space-sidebar-777010845.html
