I would like to find out if there's a way I can create a field that allows a customer to sign(draw)?

Hi,

Nothing with the ship-in-product, but there are plenty of apps to do BUT FOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE - ex https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212175/electronic-signature-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter 

Probably, another way would be to add an attachment and get a custom field having that Attachment URL in the field.
