Sil not recognizing IfAllowSelectOptions routine

Jira 8.13 DataCenter

Power Scripts 4.8.0.15

 

I followed  the example in the SIL documentation on the website for filtering a list based on another list but I am getting error that" IfAllowSelectOptions" Routine is not defined.
