Here is a Simple Resource Allocation page, without using any plugins.
1. Create a new confluence page like "Summary of the Day - Bugs - 14- Jun -2018"
2. Insert a Table with 3 columns and one row for each team member
If any team member has 0 issues In Progress, that means he needs work allocation.
Please make any suggestions to improve my process.
Team Member | In Progress | Done |
Member 1 | 2 Issues | 1 Issues |
Member 2 | 3 Issues | 2 Issues |
Member 3 | 0 Issues | 3 Issues |
Member 4 | 1 Issues | 4 Issues |
Member 5 | 2 Issues | 2 Issues |
Member 6 | 0 Issues | 2 Issues |
Member 7 | 2 Issues | 2 Issues |
Open Issues | 6 Issues |
@Siva R Looks like a neat solution. If you have a lot of team members it could be a lot of work upfront but could pay dividends down the road as you manage your team.
