Simple Time Tracker Report Plugin - how to access it?

So I am one of 16 people who installed the Simple Time tracker Report free plug in and now I cannot seem to find it. It is not in my list of reports that I can find, I do not see it under Apps. There is an entry in Manage apps, but there is nothing to do but Uninstall it. 

I was quite hopeful...

  You will need to go to the project you want to send emails.  Select Project Settings.  On a classic project you will see time tracker report in the menu and can add users to be emailed there.  On a next-gen project you will need to go to Apps -> time tracking report to add users.
