We currently have two separate instances JIRA, one for our enterprise applications groups (internally used business apps and etc) and another instance for our engineering teams (product development).
Our applications group is also utilizing Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo (all linked with shared users/groups managed in JIRA)
Our engineering group is also utilizing Confluence and Perforce for for source control.
Would it be possible to bring these two instances of JIRA and Confluence together and still support the integration between the different source control and CI servers? Any pros or cons of doing it?
Yes, it's possible to consolidate all these together. I would say that the biggest pro for that is having only one JIRA instance to manage (keep up with upgrades, add-ons, user management)
