Site Optimizer newbie

Hi all

I only just found out about and started using the Site Optimizer for projects, issues, project role permissions and custom fields. I never saw a notification of it being available or in Beta.

What I wonder and would like to know from the Community is:

- have you had any issues or problems with using it so far?

- has the full clean up of project role permissions caused any problems with any existing users? (we have about 40 pages and I hesitate to remove all)

- have you noticed performance improvements?

- anything else that we may need to be aware of ...?

I'm waiting for this to be rolled out to one of our larger instances, so I plan to test it there. While it seems it can have a lot of potential, I still need to see how it works first-hand 👀

Looking forward to seeing if anyone has already tried to play with it.

Thanks @Tomislav Tobijas  - I'm curious - what do you define as a "larger instance"?

Yeah, I started doing some clean up but I am treading very carefully as it is in beta and I don't see an easy way to revert (if ever needed)

As we don't operate in big markets, for me/us, bigger instances contain up to 5k users. As most of these sites are on bundled release tracks, they still don't have this feature available (despite sandbox environments having the feature enabled)

I will create backups of each site where I'll use these features, so we can 'roll back' if needed.
