Hello I was surprised on Friday 23rd March 2018, with blocked access to my Jira instance (https://emuntech.atlassian.net).
With the following message:
Site unavailable
Your Atlassian Cloud subscription has not been renewed. If you are the site administrator, please check the status of your account on my.atlassian.com.
I lost access to my entire history of comments and issues.
How can you help me? I tried to reactivate the account but I was told to create a new one.
Impossible, I can not lose all my history and projects.
Help....

if you are not on a "10 user starter" license then I suggest opening a support case w/ Atlassian Customer Support. If you are on this limited license then the Community is your only recourse unfortunately. Unsure if anyone here will be able to assist w/ your situation but we shall see.
