Slack-Jira integration issue

I integrated Slack and Jira to create tickets. I have several Slack channels linked to the same project in Jira (a software project), but some members of these channels are not seeing the project in question among the possible project options. I have tried giving them all the necessary permissions from Jira and including them in the projects, but I don't know what might be happening.
