Slack Jira integration no unfurling

According to this documentation, if I have the jirabot integration on a channel, I should be able to type the issue key and it will unfurl the issue information into slack.  It's not working.

 

When I type my issue key:  CHNG-16 it just posts that message without displaying any Jira information. I also tried /jira CHNG-16 and then it unfurls and displays the correct information, but it says "only visible to you"

 

What am I doing wrong here?

Looks like @Integration Team needs to be invited to your Slack channel manually.
