We've created a Service Catalog with Slack in our company in which every employee can ask for services such as; software access, hardware equipment, travel requests...
To better handle all the orders, each time a service is ordered, we create in parallel a JIRA Task in an specific project. We would like that task to change it status with Slack Reactions, something that we can't do right now due to;
- We can't edit the Status field from Editing Issue Workflow Step, because it's a missing field.
- We can't recover the Issue ID from the message we wan't to react on
Are this both possibilities in the short time?
