Slack doesn't expand Jira links

I want Slack to expand links or IDs of Jira issues. I have enabled Jira integration in a Slack channel but it doesn't expand neither links nor issue IDs.

I don't want to receive notifications for created, resolved, etc. issues, only expand links or issue IDs.
